COUNCIL WORKSHOP NOTES
for March 28, 2011

The workshop began at 7:00 p.m. In attendance at the workshop were: Mayor John Jaeger, John Giudice, Debbie Groom, Roy Schulz and Troy Wilson.  Kynda Browning, Clerk/Treasurer and Duane Groom, Maintenance Supervisor.  Also, Darwin Parker from Banner Bank, Engineers from JUB and Harold Morgan were in attendance in the audience.

Dave Kliewer from JUB and other engineers were in attendance to talk about sewer repairs and maintenance and possible airport expansion.
 
There was discussion about the selection of the bank for the interim financing for the USDA RD water project.

The council discussed the selection of the engineer for the TIB project.

It was decided to get a large dumpster for a clean up day for the city. 

The Mayor requested that we have a workshop on the first Monday in May to discuss junk and junk vehicles.
