B. HAY PROPERTY: Mayor Jaeger gave the council copies of a plat map that Dan Hay had approved by the city council in 2008. The council accepted the plan as presented at that time. According to our ordinances, a planning commission should have worked with Dan Hay at the time and they should have brought it to the council to have it accepted, but that did not happen. Stephen Bishop says that the city has control of the water and sewer lines and the streets in the Hay Sub-division.

D. CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER: Mayor Jaeger gave the council a job description. Eileen Soldwedel thought that Item One should be done by the building inspector. They talked about dogs, and it was suggested that Duane Groom and Rob Brownfield take care of dogs during the day, and the code enforcement officer would take care of them after hours. ENGINEER FOR 2010: The council will score the SOQ’s from the engineers, and we will have the tally for the June council meeting.
