SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
For October 4, 2010
I. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor John Jaeger called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Council members present at the meeting were Jaeger, John Giudice, Debbie Groom, Roy Schulz, Eileen Soldwedel, Dave Tysz, and Troy Wilson. Also present were Clerk/Treasurer, Kynda Browning; and Maintenance Supervisor, Duane Groom.
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Jaeger asked those present to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance.
III. PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR 2011: Browning gave the council a copy of the preliminary budget for 2011. The budget was reviewed and changes were made. It will be presented and a public hearing will be held at the regular October council meeting.
IV. ADJOURNMENT: John Giudice made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 p.m. Roy Schulz seconded the motion; all council members voted yes.
