TEKOA EMPIRE THEATRE

The Theatre closed in May of 1958, and has been reopened as a performing arts center for the town and surrounding communities. Built in 1940,  the art deco style will be the utmost priority of the renovation. We hope you will visit us soon.

MARCH 22ND at 7:00PM- "Cactus Pass Jamboree" A musical comedy performed by the Garfield Palouse Middle School Players.
Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 students.


APRIL 6TH AT 4:00PM - Tekoa's Royalty Pageant  Tickets are $5

APRIL 26TH AT 2:00pm - Sarah Logan's Piano Recital  FREE

APRIL 26TH AT 7:00PM - "Horse Crazy"  Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.


MAY 4TH AT 4:00PM - "Spokane Youth Orchestra Concert" 

JUNE 8TH AT 3:00 PM - "Dance Theatre Northwest", Dance and gymnastics recital from the students of Andrea Goad.

JUNE 21ST AT 4:30 PM - "The Beatles, Rockin & a Rollin" - Tekoa Slippery Gulch Days

JULY 12TH AT 7:00 PM - "Dead Man's Pants", Country blues, folk, roots, rock, ble grass!

AUGUST - SURPRISE SURPRISE!!!

It is our goal to provide economic development, heritage tourism, and cultural opportunities for the residents of Whitman County and surrounding areas through offering performing arts, visual arts, film, musical and vocal performances, art education, lectures, and other creative uses desired by the community that fit within the family values of the Tekoa Empire Theatre Board".
