ORDINANCE #796
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEKOA, WASHINGTON, adopting Tekoa Municipal Code 8.08.015, thereby establishing a maximum number of dogs that may be kept in each kennel or household.
The City Council of the City of Tekoa, Whitman County, State of Washington, do ordain as follows:
8.08.015 - Maximum number of dogs allowed. The maximum number of dogs kept in a commercial kennel shall not exceed six dogs over the age of six months. In all other cases, the maximum number of dogs over the age of six months shall not exceed three (3) per household, provided, any household having more than three, duly licensed dogs over the age of six months as of September 6, 2011, shall be allowed to keep the dogs so long as no new dogs are added to the household until the total number of dogs does not exceed three over the age of six months.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after it or a summary thereof, is published in the official newspaper of the City of Tekoa as required by law.

CITY OF TEKOA
ORDINANCE NO. 797
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEKOA, WASHINGTON, amending the 2011 budget.
The City Council of the City of Tekoa, Whitman County, State of Washington, do ordain as follows:
To increase the Street Fund No. 104 revenues and expenditures by $754,000.00. This includes all TIB Henkle Street Reconstruction and Poplar/Crosby Street Sidewalk Construction Funds.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after it or a summary thereof, is published in the official newspaper of the City of Tekoa as required by law.

CITY OF TEKOA
ORDINANCE NO. 798
The City of Tekoa approved Ordinance No. 798 at the November 7, 2011 council meeting.
The ordinance amends the Tekoa Municipal Code 6.20.050 and Ordinance No. 270, Section 4, allowing
the clerk and deputy clerk to grant peddlers permits.
Complete copies of the ordinance can be obtained from Tekoa City Hall during regular business hours.
